Kenneth Baugh

Dr. Kenneth Lee O'Neil Baugh (born in Montego Bay on February 24, 1941) is the foreign minister and Deputy Prime Minister of Jamaica. He serves in the Parliament of Jamaica, was a former general secretary and former chairman of the Jamaica Labour Party.^[1] In addition he had served Minister of Health before his current position. His wife is named Vilma Douglass.^[2] ^[3]
